3D Rendering prices:

Each project is different and each carries with it different parameters,so to correctly submit a quote on a Rendered image we would require to sit down with you, or be provided with an adequite brief.

In most Circumstances the client provides a base 3D model which helps keep the price down, if a model is not supplied and we have to build the 3D model to generate the final rendered image the prices quoted will be higher and a meeting will ceratinly be needed.
(Prices quoted are based on 3Dimensional model being supplied by client.)

3D Plans:

A perfect way to convey the spacious relationships and the flow between rooms in your concept design.
3D Plans may consist of the entire building foot print or if you choose a solitary room.
I offer two types of 3D plan packages,

Plan One: -Consists of the model with the following-

1. No interior fittings
2. Basic render      
3. Basic lightening applied

Plan One Package starts at:

1. $700 for the full footprint of the building
2. $250 for specific rooms.

Plan Two: - Consists of a more detailed model-

1. Includes interior fittings
2. Fully rendered  
3. Reflective mapping 
4. Lightening

Plan Two Package starts at:

1. $1500 for the full footprint of the building
2. $500 for specific rooms

Residential:

Starting prices:
For a basic interior render consisting of 1 hard copy print
1x A3 prices will range from-

1. $600-1100 (depending on size of model )
   Secondary images thereafter reduce in price and if you need other camera angles secondary prints are extra $80 per print
   
   
2. For more complicate house with more intricate specifications
   the price starts-
   at $1200-1700

Commercial developments:

Starting prices:
$1500-2000 depending on size, materials and mapping required

Wire frame models:

This a less complicated way and a less detailed approach to producing a 3D model. It contains no material mapping and will convey shadows.
Costing is based on- 35-50% of the final rendering price.

For a Simple render is required:

Costing is based on-50-70% of the final rendering price.
This would include are fully rendered model but without the textured map, reflected maps which would give it that realistic component, more than enough to satisfy potential clients.
