What do I need to provide?

• Preferred: 3D CAD model (e.g., SketchUp, Revit, ArchiCAD, IFC, Dae) . 
• Plus a list of finishes /  site plan data  / any  photographs of the site.

• Any PDF files you have of  Plans / Elevations / Sections . 
• From this information we can establish a starting  point to build a 3D images, and we can create the 3D model for you.

Don't have a 3D model? 
"No problem_ we can create one from your drawings..." Additional modelling fee applies

• File formats that we can work with
• Ultimately a digital sup plied format makes the entire process easier. We work with CAD / BIM file.
• List of materials or finishes:
• This will included materials to exterior claddings / roofing / decks and patios & will covers relevant colours. 
• For interior renders we will require floor& ceiling finishes / list of fixtures to bathrooms and kitchen is applicable.
• Turnaround Time:
• Rush jobs require a premium. 
• Project Scale:
• A larger, more complex project like a high-rise will cost significantly more than a simple single-story house. 
• 3D Model Provision:
• If a 3D model doesn't already exist, the cost of creating one will be added to the overall project price.
